Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in the Beam × Dreamcash Holiday Unwrap (the "Promotion"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Promotion is organised by Beam Labs, a Cayman Islands company ("Beam"), in collaboration with Supreme Liquid Labs ("SLL"), a Cayman Islands company (collectively, including all affiliates, "we", "us", or "our").
The Promotion is not sponsored, operated, or endorsed by Hyperliquid. Hyperliquid is a third-party protocol.
Participation is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participation is not permitted from jurisdictions where promotions of this nature require registration, bonding, or regulatory approval. Participation is void where prohibited. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation is permitted in their jurisdiction. By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To participate in the Promotion you must execute a trade via the Dreamcash application on the Hyperliquid protocol, generate a share card from your completed position, upload it to Twitter, and submit the tweet link via the submission form during the Promotion Period (as defined below).
Any trading activity is entirely optional and is initiated solely by the participant using their own wallet via the Dreamcash application, at the participant's discretion and risk. All trades occur directly on the Hyperliquid protocol and are subject to Hyperliquid's terms and conditions. We do not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, order execution, brokerage, or custody services.
No purchase, payment, or trading activity is necessary to participate in the Promotion or to receive the Prize (defined below). Participants may enter the Promotion for free, without connecting a wallet or trading by completing the Alternative Method of Entry form available at Beam x Dreamcash - Holiday Unwrap Promotion AMOE (the "Alternative Method of Entry" or "AMOE"). Entries submitted via the AMOE are free of charge, will be treated the same as entries made via the Promotion interface and have the same odds of receiving the Prize as any other method of participation.
Participation in the Promotion may make participants eligible to receive the Prize during the Promotion Period. No purchase, payment, or trading activity is required to participate in the Promotion or to receive the Prize. Any trading activity is optional and does not increase the likelihood of receiving the Prize.
Mechanics for determining Prize winner:
No participant is guaranteed to receive the Prize.
The Promotion runs from Monday 22nd of December 17:00 CET to 5th of January 17:00 CET (the "Promotion Period"). We reserve the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Promotion and/or the Promotion Period at any time for legal, regulatory, technical, or operational reasons. If you are eligible to receive the Prize, you will be asked to provide us with your relevant contact details via a form. If you do not respond to our contact request within 7 days, you will relinquish your right to receive the Prize.
Depending on the total number of participants that participate in the Promotion, up to a maximum of 25 participants will be selected via the Promotion mechanics described in the previous section during the Promotion Period ("Winner"). Each Winner will receive a discount code via their provided email for a 100% discount on the retail price of up to 2 items available on the Beam Tactile Store (https://beam.tactile.supply/) ("Prize"). Each Winner is eligible to use the Prize to purchase up to 2 items available on the Beam Tactile Store for a period of up to 3 months after the conclusion of the Promotion Period. All shipping, handling, customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees related to using the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, digital assets, or any alternative reward.
The Prize is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no representation or warranty regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, or durability of the Prize. Any issues relating to manufacture or delivery of the items purchased using the Prize are the responsibility of the third-party supplier, where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with: (i) participation in the Promotion; (ii) trading activity on Hyperliquid; (iii) wallet configuration or loss of access; (iv) third-party platform failures; or (v) receipt or use of Prize. This includes, without limitation, any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Promotion relies on third-party services, including the Hyperliquid protocol and third-party merchandise suppliers. We are not responsible for (i) the availability, security, performance, or operation of Hyperliquid; (ii) any losses arising from trading activity; or (iii) any delays, defects, or issues relating to third-party fulfilment of merchandise underlying the Prize.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with the Promotion shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The seat of arbitration shall be the Cayman Islands, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The number of arbitrators shall be one.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Personal data collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, accessible in the Beam website.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the Promotion and supersede all prior communications or understandings relating to it.
